Development Milestone

Orchard Shadows is a 9th story building with a 2150 Sft. single apartment per floor. The building has good ventilation and it is low grazed and heat resistant.

Before the construction process starts, we do a few things with care like Land Selection is the first task where we decided the construction will be visualized, and if the site is eligible for construction.

After selecting the land we finalize the architectural drawing of the building and during that time we complete the subsoil investigation work by a Geotechnical Engineer.

After completion, we awaited the approval of Rajuk. After receiving the approval, we begin our structural design and construction stage.

Stormy Orchard is a culmination of brilliant architecture and fine craftsmanship. It is a G + 3 + 1 Triplex building. The size of each apartment is 2500 Sft.

By the cooperation and dedication of the Authorities, Engineers, In-charge, laborers, and the entire team of management and staff we were able to successfully complete this project.
